Hi I'm Spike, the bearded dragon who started it all... I had my mum and dad all to myself for 10 amazing years, and I went on some crazy adventures! Don't believe me? Check out my pics, I've lived a life many beardies can only dream of. They've since built up 20+ years of experience to add to Animal Management qualifications, insurances and licences.
Sadly I'm not around anymore, but my legacy lives on - as my parents treasure my incredible personality by saving exotic animals in my honour. I'm more than just a memory, I'm now their company's logo! Just look at my reptile smile 😃
Known by you humans as Sean and Kirsty, they now have almost 50 animals in their mad house. They live with them all so that they can give the best care possible, 24/7 to ensure they're not just safe and healthy but also handled regularly - getting the nurture and enrichment they need, which in turn makes them great to handle by you lucky lot!
They spray everyone morning and night, feed some daily and others weekly, clean them out and bath them, let them come out for exercise and a stretch - one even goes for a walk on a lead! Then assist feed, administer medication, check for stuck shed and take trips to the vets... busy busy!
Then they take a bunch of critters with them to entertain, educate and offer phobia therapy in the hope that they can make your day a fun one, teach you all about us, or maybe even cure a few people of crippling fears.
Their mission is to provide more than sufficient husbandry to once wild animals that have come over to this super-cold country accidentally, and to pets who have not had the specific treatment they need in order to survive properly (either due to people not understanding what's required, or generally just not being bothered). The focus is to help us stay alive and thrive with a happier healthier lifestyle, whilst they help other humans meet some weird creatures they might have never seen before or even heard of!
If you're considering buying a pet like us of your own, feel free to ask them loads of questions! Or if you don't know what to ask, just get them to tell you what to think about and look out for. They want to spread the word about how interesting we are to have as part of the family, but the excitement does need to come with serious knowledge too... some of us are much easier to look after than others!
If you'd like to meet my odd-looking foster brothers and sisters, below is a list of the upcoming shows that are open to the public. And if you scroll a little further, there's a donation button should you wish to help another reptile smile. Thanks okay love you bye! xx

Our shows help to pay for the upkeep of our rescued animals, but as you can imagine it's a lot each month with their heating & lighting, vet's bills, etc. So any support and contributions, no matter the size, will enable us continue to improve their health and wellbeing. Your generous donation means we can keep doing this, and you'll join us in helping a reptile smile!
